Mrs. Derenda Kay Wilson, age 54, resident of Lawrenceburg, passed away on Saturday, November 15, 2014, at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
Derenda was born on February 25, 1960 in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee to C.B. Brazier and the late Wilma Tripp Brazier. On October 5, 1980 she married Larry Wilson and they raised four children together.
Derenda was of the Church of God faith. She was a loving wife with a pure heart.
Mrs. Wilson is survived by her husband: Larry Wilson of Lawrenceburg; son: Eric (Nakaya) Christian; daughter: Kimberly (Rick) Clay of Columbia; son: Jonathan Cody (Michelle) Wilson of Laretto; Father: C.B.(Shirley) Brazier of Lawrenceburg; brother: Kenneth (Kay) Brazier of Lawrenceburg; brother: Mike Brazier of Lawrenceburg; sister: Anita Gail (Tony) McNeese of Lawrenceburg; and eight Grandchildren with “one in the oven”. Mrs. Wilson is preceded in death by her son, William Chad Christian.
The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
