Mrs. Denise Ann Jungblut Shupe, age 53, resident of Trousdale Lane in Columbia, passed away, Tuesday, July 20 at her residence.
Born August 5, 1956 in McGregor, IA, she was the daughter of Dorothy Sylvester McGinty and the late Kenneth Jungblut and the wife of Michael James Shupe. She was a homemaker and a retired nurse.
In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by her children: Clifford Tabitha Moore of OH, Anita Dan Wentworth of Minnesota and Christina Jamey More-Davis of LaVergne; step-children: Michael Shupe of Michigan, April DeVara of Columbia and Danielle Shupe of Vancouver, WA; grandchildren: Tiffany and Richey Gendron, Christiana, Jeremiah and Jacob Moore, Timothy, Anna and Austin Bird, Samantha Wentworth, Anthony Dority, Blake Davis, Wyatt Vara, Rocindo, Christian and Rosa Shupe; special nephew: Cory Terry.
A memorial mass for Mrs. Shupe will be conducted 10:00 AM Friday, July 23 at St. Catherine Catholic Church with Father Clare Hendricks officiating. The family will visit with friends Friday from 9:00 Am until service time at the church.
Williams Funeral Home of Columbia is assisting the family with the funeral services.
