Delphine Good Travis

Mrs. Delphine Good Travis, age 84, passed away on Monday, August 27, at Kindred Hospital in Nashville.
Funeral services for Mrs. Travis will be conducted Thursday at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant with Raymond Pennington officiating. Burial will follow in Morrow Cemetery.
The family will visit with friends on Wednesday from 12:00 Noon until 9:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
The Virginia native was the daughter of the late William Good and Pearl Owens Good. She was the wife of the late Thomas Edward Travis who preceded her in death on Sept. 30, 1967. She was a homemaker and was of the Mormon faith.
Survivors include her children: Donald Mary Travis of Lebanon, TN, John Travis and William Travis, both of Nashville, Mildred Lucy Maynard of Hermitage and Alice Jeff McMurtry of Nashville; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; one brother: Otto Good of Birchleaf, VA. She was preceded in death by one brother: Billy Good.
