Debbie Ann Moore passed away on January 19, 2013 at her residence in Hampshire, Tennessee, with her two children at her side.
Debbie was born on September 21, 1959 to Thomas and Edith Decker Andrews in Altus, Oklahoma, who both precede her in death. She worked for 20 years in retail sales having retired from Big Lots. She was known as “Mom” to everyone and was a Christian woman who believed in the Lord and prayer. She touched the lives of everyone she met and loved to laugh and have fun. People remember her as a “fighter” and that she was as “tough as nails”.
Ms. Moore is survived by her children: Heidi Hughes-Rose and Thomas Vaughn, both of Hampshire; sisters: Linda Singh of Chapel Hill and Cathy (Jim) Siegal of Mt. Pleasant; an aunt and uncle and several nieces, nephews and cousins; and her best friend Lilo. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother: James T. Andrews.
The family will visit with friends from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. to celebrate Debbie’s life on Thursday, January 24, 2013 in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant with Bro. Johnny Parrish, Bro. Stephen McCollum, Bro. Paul Corvin and Bro. Joseph Green officiating.
