David Allen Park, age 55, passed away Tuesday, May 14, 2014.
He was born March 7, 1959 in Punxsutawney, PA to John Park and the late Roslyn “Long.” Often David could be found riding his bicycle. He truly enjoyed spending his time riding. He also did many long distance charity rides. He loved to eat, but especially with his wife. He was a man with a tender loving heart and had a soft spot for animals. He was a member of the United Food and Commercial Workers Union. He was a devoted loving husband and good kind man. He will be dearly missed.
David is survived by his wife Denise Renee “Snyder” Park of Ethridge, TN; and brother: Dan Park of Brookville, PA.
David is preceded in death by his sister Karen Spencer of PA.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 17 10:00 a.m. at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia. The family will receive friends at 9:00 a.m. for one hour prior to service time.
