Mr. David A. Boatright, age 71, a resident of East 18th Street in Columbia, passed away on Tuesday, November 18, 2008 at his residence.
Graveside services for Mr. Boatright will be conducted 2:00 PM Saturday at the Pleasant Mount Cemetery with Rick Points officiating. Military honors will be provided by the Herbert Griffin American Legion Post #19.
Williams Funeral Home of Columbia is in charge of arrangements.
The Maury County native was the son of the late Hubert and Pearl Jeter Boatright. He was retired from the TVA as a mechanic and a US Army veteran.
He is survived by a brother: Paul Boatright of Columbia; nephews: Terry Boatright of Columbia and Larry Boatright of Giles County; niece: Debbie Woodard of North Carolina. He was preceded in death by a brother: John Boatright
