Mrs. Darice Lynn Durbin Small age 51, a resident of James Campbell Blvd. in Columbia passed away Saturday, March 10th at her residence.
A memorial service for Mrs. Small will be conducted at 12:00 Noon on Wednesday, March 14, at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Chaplain Don E. Small officiating.
The family will visit with friends from 11:30 A.M. until time of the service at the funeral home.
The Texas native was the daughter of James Durbin of Calif., and the late Jatuan Merritt Durbin. She was the wife of Jack E. Small of Columbia. Mrs. Small was a wonderful homemaker who loved building bird houses, crafting and making quilts for her family.
In addition to her husband and father, she is survived by one son: Ryan Canning of San Diego, CA; two daughters, Brittney Carney and Melanie Canning, both of Columbia; one sister, Kebin Russell Thorpe of Frazier Park, CA ; one brother: James Crystal Durbin II of PA; two stepsons, Joseph and Samuel Small both of Palmdale, CA; her in-laws: Don E. and Mary Jo Small of AZ; one brother?in-law: Edward Debbie Small of Boise, ID; and one sister-in-law, Donna Jo Lee Hendrick of Anaheim Hills, CA; two granddaughters: Lanie Turner Canning and Azalya Carney; nieces and nephew: Shelby, Deanna, Emily, Nikki and Ricky.
