Danny Thomas ?Danny Boy? Baker, age 52, a resident of Luke Moser Road in Columbia passed away Sunday, November 25, at Maury Regional Hospital.
Funeral services for Mr. Baker will be conducted Wednesday, November 28, at 11:00 A.M. at the Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Rick Points officiating. Entombment will be in the Polk Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
The family will visit with friends Tuesday from 4:00 to 9:00 pm at the funeral home.
The Maury County Native was the son of William ?Tom? Baker of Columbia and the late Betty Blocker Baker. He was a former employee of Union Carbide and presently worked for Bobby White Motors as a mechanic.
In addition to his father he is survived by his children: Angie Baker De Weese, Kevin Thomas Baker and William Daniel Baker all of Columbia; one sister: Cathy Bobby White of Columbia; two grandchildren, Destiny Blair DeWeese and David Dylan Thomas DeWeese both of Columbia; mother of his children, Debra Baker Cleveland of Columbia. He was preceded in death by a sister: Pamela Gaye Baker; paternal grandparents, William Bill and Lucille King Baker; maternal grandparents, Eunice and Gracie Anderson Blocker.
Pallbearers will be Buster Ring, Chris Shaw, Chevy White, Donnie Joe Cothran, Bryan DeWeese, Rusty Baker, Jeff Baker and Chris Baker.
Honorary pallbearers will be employees of Bobby White Motors.
