Danny Evans, age 42, of Columbia, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, July 13,
2019 at Maury Regional Medical Center.
Danny was born on December 28, 1976, in Nashville, Tennessee, to Mark Edward
Evans and Debra Jean Foster. He was the loving husband of Kelly Glover Evans, having married her on August 30, 1999. They enjoyed almost twenty wonderful years together, with Danny always being a devoted husband, father, and also a caring son. He loved being involved with his family and their events. Danny was a salesman for Pepsi, and had previously worked for Coors.
In addition to his home and work life, he was an avid athlete, and involved in many hobbies. He loved fishing, whether it be on a river, lake, jogging, running, riding motorbikes, skate boarding, flag football, and even enjoyed wrestling for a while.
He was an animal lover, and his dog, Pups was his companion. Musically, he was a talented guitar player and singer. Danny never lacked for hobbies, and was always adding to his lifestyle by finding new ones. He was also concerned about his appearance, and always made special effort to look nice.
Cherishing the memory of Danny are: his loving wife: Kelly Evans of Columbia; children: Gage Evans and Emily Evans, both of Columbia; father: Mark (Debora) Evans of Lewisburg; mother: Debra (Steve) Foster of Nashville; siblings: Michael Evans, Craig “Terry” Evans, and Kassie (Michael) White; paternal grandmother: Louise Evans; maternal grandmother: Shelba Smith; mother-in-law: Cathy (Ronnie) Garland; brothers-in-law: Jason Glover, Dane Luke, and Trey Luke; sisters-in-law: Jada Plant, Amber Davidson and Summer Luke; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
Funeral services for Danny will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in the
Chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Columbia, with Jeff Kane officiating. Burial will follow at Lone Oak Cemetery in Lewisburg, Tennessee. The family will visit with friends on Friday, July 19 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., also at the funeral home.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
