Daniel Francis Nelligan

Daniel Francis Nelligan, age 84, passed away peacefully on November 23, 2016 at Signature Healthcare in Columbia, Tennessee. Dan was born on May 7, 1932 to Clarence and Elizabeth Nelligan in Norristown, Pennsylvania. Dan’s perfect day would be when he sat on a boat dock, fishing with two poles, with three hooks on each pole, and catching three catfish per pole simultaneously! We all hope heaven has a dock. Also, Dan’s wood products made many fine pieces of furniture and crafts and working with wood was one of his favorite things to do. Dan is survived by his wife: Carolyn Faye Taylor Nelligan of Columbia, Tennessee; daughters: Diane Carol Nelligan (Douglas) Criddle of East Greenville, PA and Carole Dawn Nelligan (DeWitt, III) Corley of Franklin, TN; grandchildren: Jenni Wolfe, Linda Davidheiser, Theodore Albertson, III all of PA and Blake Corley and Breana Corley of Franklin, TN.
