Mrs. Cynthia Ann Reeves Brock, age 57, a resident of Chestnut Ridge Road in Columbia, passed away Friday, September 2 at Maury Regional Medical Center from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Born January 21, 1954 in Florence, AL, daughter of late James E. and Wanda O'Connor Reeves and the wife of John Brock. She had a Masters Degree in microbiology from MTSU, was a retired lab supervisor at Williamson Medical Center and she played the piano at Snow Creek Baptist Church. She was a member of the Catholic Church of Nativity in Spring Hill and Our Lady of Lourdes Volunteers.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children: Roxanne Joseph Wilson and Jeri Beth Wall, both of Columbia; step-children: Melinda Brock and Marty Sarah Kindred, both of Columbia, Jelena Larry Smithson of Mt. Pleasant; grandchildren: McKenzie Wilson, Christian Wilson, Catherine Wilson, Kayla Wall, Brittney Wall and Jonathan Wall; step- grandchildren: Mollie McKinzie, Zackary Kindred, Marleigh Kindred, Ryan Smithson and Kera Smithson; sister: Janice Steve Butler of Loretto; brothers: James Susan Reeves of Loretto, Kenneth Maria Reeves of Lincoln, AR, Charles Linda Reeves of Mt. Pleasant and Christopher R. Reeves of Mt. Juliet; several nieces and nephews; best friend: Elizabeth Staggs.

Funeral services for Mrs. Brock will be held 1:00 PM Monday in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Father John Kirk officiating. Burial will follow in the Loretto Memorial Gardens at 3:30 PM with Deacon Sammy Beckman officiating.

The family will receive friends Sunday from 1:00 to 3:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Jason Butler, Mitchell Butler, Michael Reeves, Marty Kindred, Joseph Wilson, Larry Smithson and Dennis McGee.
