Clyde H. Osborne

Mr. Clyde Harlen Osborne, age 64, a resident of Galloway Street in Columbia, passed away on Sunday, June 29, at his residence.
Funeral services for Mr. Osborne will be conducted Wednesday, July 2, at 10:00 AM in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Rev. Monty McCandless officiating. Burial will follow in the Friendship Cemetery with military honors provided by the Herbert Griffin American Legion Post #19..
The family will visit with friends on Tuesday from 4:00 to 9:00 PM at the funeral home.
The Maury County native was the son of Clyde Osborne, Jr. and the late Bessie Mae Brown Osborne. He was a self employed mechanic, auto body repairman and a US Army veteran. He attended Faith Pentecostal Church.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his son: Bobby Osborne of Columbia; former daughters-in-law: Janice Osborne of Fairview and Brenda Ludy of Columbia; grandchildren: Eric Dwayne Osborne and Kristina Danielle "Katie" Osborne, both of Fairview; the mother of his son: Peggy "Christy" Grant; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Pallbearers will be family and friends. Honorary pallbearers will be Michael Hofer, Eric Dwayne Osborne and other members of the family.
