Clyde Elizabeth Pogue

Miss Clyde Elizabeth Pogue, age 90, a resident of Hidden Acres Drive in Mt. Pleasant, passed away on Tuesday, May 29, at NHC/Hillview in Columbia.
Graveside services for Miss Pogue will be conducted Friday at 10:00 A.M. at the Brown Cemetery in Hampshire with Jim Walsh officiating.
The family will visit with friends on Thursday from 5:00-8:00 P.M. at Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant.
A native of Maury County, Miss Pogue was the daughter of the late Bernard and Carrie Saunders Pogue. She was a retired Licensed Practical Nurse and a member of the Locust Street Church of Christ in Mt. Pleasant.
Survivors include one brother: Allen Mary Pogue of Columbia; one sister: Christine Morgan of Mt. Pleasant; one niece: Gayle Jimmy Attkisson of Mt. Pleasant; two nephews: David Betty Morgan of Ashland City and Kirk Pam Pogue of Houston, TX; several great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one brother: Hal Pogue and one nephew: Wade Morgan.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Attkisson, Keith Throneberry, Jimmy Patton, Guy Odom, Tommy Wolaver and Richard Hendrix. Honorary pallbearers will be the staff and nurses of NHC/Hillview and the staff at Pleasantwood Apartments.
