Clifton Eugene Marcrom

Mr. Clifton Eugene ?Cliff? Marcrom, 54, a resident of Sutton Avenue in Waverly, Tennessee and former long-time resident of Theta Pike in Santa Fe, died Thursday, December 30, 2004 at the Veterans Hospital in Nashville.
Funeral service for Mr. Marcrom will be conducted Saturday, January 1, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at the Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Warner Roby and Raleigh Jernigan officiating. Burial will be in the Potts Cemetery with military honors being provided the Tennessee National Guard. The family will visit with friends Friday from 2 :00 until 8 :00 p.m. at the funeral home with masonic rites being recited at 6:00 p.m.
The Coffee County native was the son of John Ann Marcrom of Lake Station, Indiana and Maymie Jernigan Holder of Manchester, Tennessee. He was the husband of Sandra Potts Marcrom. Mr. Marcrom was affiliated with the Union #572 as a pipefitter and a welder out of Nashville, Tennessee. He was a member of the Masonic Lodges#716 in Hobart, Indiana and Bodine Lodge #526 in Waverly. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam era. He was a member of the VFW in Humphreys County, the Orak Shriners in Michigan City, Indiana, and the Hickman-Patterson American Legion Post # 34 in Waverly. He enjoyed fishing and hunting arrowheads.
In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by two sons, Barry Lee Marcrom of Waverly, TN and John Gordon Marcrom of Columbia, TN; five brothers, Ricky Stephanie Marcrom of Pleasantville, TN, Buddy Marlin Agnes Marcrom of Manchester, TN, Sean Brian Angie Holder of IN, Michael L. Holder and David Terri Holder both of Manchester, TN; five sisters, Vickie Roger Finney of Hillsboro, TN, Diane Ronnie Prince of Winchester, TN, Lisa Rena Rio of Manchester, TN, Shelley Ian Robertson of Lake Station, IN and Flame Lynn Marcrom of Maple Heights, OH; three grandchildren, Dylan Lee Marcrom of Columbia, TN, Jessica Elizabeth Elaine Marcrom of Fayetteville, TN and Evelyn Grace Marcrom of Columbia, TN; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Roger Leigh Marcrom of TX; three sisters, Rhonda Holder and Belinda Holder both of Manchester, TN, and Tammie Marcrom of Indiana.
Pallbearers will be Roger Finney , Buddy Holder, David Holder, Sean Holder, Michael Holder, Ricky Marcrom, and Diane Prince.
