Christopher Matthew Hazard

Christopher Matthew Hazard, infant son of Kevin and Lesli Marie Hazard of 5th Avenue in Columbia, died Thursday, October 23, 2003 at Maury Regional Hospital.
Graveside services for Christopher Matthew will be conducted Saturday, November 1, 2003 at 1:00 p.m. at Polk Memorial Gardens with Reverend David Gleyze officiating. The family will visit with friends Saturday from 12:00 noon until service time at the cemetery. Williams Columbia Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
The family is affiliated with the Temple Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two brothers, Kevin Thomas Hazard, Jr. and twin brother of Christopher Matthew, Andrew Charles Hazard both of Columbia, TN; paternal grandparents, Hugh and Shirley Hazard of Columbia; maternal grandparents, Rich and Bea Moore of Culleoka, TN; great grandparents, Marie Hitchings of Swartz Creek, MI and Leslie and Jessie Moore of Montrose, MI.
His uncles and great uncles will serve as honorary pallbearers.
