Christopher Blake ?Chris? Lindsey, age 42, a resident of Old North Military Road in Summertown, passed away on Thursday, November 9, at his residence.
Funeral services for Chris will be conducted Sunday, Nov. 19 at 2:00 P.M.in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant with Rev. Dickey Lindsey officiating. Burial will follow in Arlington Cemetery.
The family will visit with friends on Saturday from 4:00 until 8:00 P.M at the funeral home.
The Maury County native was the son of Mrs. Zelda Fuller Lindsey of Mt. Pleasant and the late Leroy Lindsey. He worked for Zingarell?s market in Mt. Pleasant. He loved racing, fishing, hunting and canoeing. He attended the Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
Survivors in addition to his mother include one sister: Linda Kay Lindsey of Nashville; one brother: Danny Linda Lindsey of Mt. Pleasant; one daughter: Amanda B. Rone of Summertown; two sons: Steven Andrews of Mt. Pleasant and Christopher Blake Lindsey, Jr. of Mt. Pleasant; two nephews: Jason and Mikel Brown of Nashville; one niece: Vanessa Osborne of Mt. Pleasant; one great-nephew: Dylan Osborne of Mt. Pleasant.
Pallbearers will be Ephriam McClain, Taylor Hamilton, Fletcher Lindsey, David Lindsey, Rusty Lindsey, Dale Bivins, Joe Bivins and Tim Duncan. Honorary pallbearers will be David Wyatt, Greg Kerce, Bobby Sims, Randy Lindsey and Chris?s children.
