Cheryl Wishaw, age 62, passed away on December 11, 2021, in Columbia, Tennessee.
Cheryl was born on December 16, 1958, to David and Patricia Crouse in Leavenworth, Kansas.
Cheryl was quite an amazing and hippie-like woman. She was very family-oriented. Her commitment to family was second to none. With the love of her family, her favorite time of year was the holidays, especially Thanksgiving and Christmas, where she spent countless hours preparing meals and decorating the house to make it the most festive home in the neighborhood. She was a mom to so many children of her own and through the foster organization. She loved having her big family around her as much as possible. She was a stellar cook and passed down the most unique recipes to her children. She was a fighter and never gave up!!
Cheryl had many hobbies. She loved to put together puzzles, go out on the boat with her family, and go out to eat, but her favorite thing to do was to go shopping, and when it came to items she wanted, the cost did not matter. Especially when it came to her Coca-Cola collection. She loved antiques and collecting vintage items to decorate her house with. She also loved all types of animals, from as big as cows and llamas to small turtles.
Cheryl will be deeply missed by her family and by all who knew her.
Cheryl leaves behind her husband of 45 years, Mike Wishaw; 16 children, 9 grandchildren, 2 sisters, and her parents.
