Mr. Charles English Staggs passed away at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee on January 29, 2013.
Mr. Staggs was the son of the late Noble Staggs and the late Mary Alice Brown Staggs. He was born in Maury County, Tennessee on February 20, 1942. He served our nation honorably in the Vietnam War. He was a retired Aircraft worker. He was a wonderful, kind, and giving husband, father, and grandfather.
Charles is survived by his wife: Sharon L. Staggs; daughter: Renae (Mark) Coleman; grandchildren: Riley Coleman and Cayson Coleman; brother: Randy (Glenda) Staggs; nephews: Cam (Casie) Staggs and Kendell (Janet) Staggs; and niece: Crissa Staggs.
Funeral services for Mr. Staggs will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee. Interment will follow at Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends on Friday, February 1, 2013 from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
