Charles Douglas Harlow was born November 25, 1962 in Columbia to the late Carl Harlow and Annie Mae Cummins. Before becoming disabled, Charlie had worked for Kasbar and previously for a number of years for Weather Tamer. He was a member of the Highland Church of God.
Survivors include one daughter: Carol Anne Harlow of Tullahoma; one brother: Edward DeDe Harlow of Columbia; one sister: Kim Tim Kennedy of Culleoka; nephews: Drew Harlow, Grayson Kennedy, and Peyton Kennedy; nieces: Savannah Prentice and Chloe Kennedy.
Funeral services for Charlie will be conducted Thursday at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Rev. Victor Alley officiating. Burial will follow in Arlington Cemetery in Mt. Pleasant.
The family will visit with friends Thursday from 12:00 Noon until service time at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Drew Harlow, Jeff Harris, Dan Lovett, Eric Previti, Jeff Slaughter and Tim Scroggins. Honorary pallbearers will be employees of Kasbar and past employees of Weather Tamer.
The family would like to offer a special thanks to Dr. Ben Gardner and the staff of NHC/Columbia and Hillview along with the nurses and staff of Maury Regional Medical Center.
