Catherine Pruitt

Catherine L. Pruitt, age 69, a resident of Mt. Pleasant passed away Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at Maury Regional Medical Center.
Catherine was the daughter of the late Roy Dugger and the late Audrey “Matthews” Dugger. Catherine worked as a Custodial Housekeeper. Catherine was known for being a very loving mother and grandmother. Catherine was also a member of the Main Street Church of Christ.
Catherine is survived by her 5 sons Randall (Laurie) Pruitt, Steve Pruitt, Ricky Pruitt, Ronnie Pruitt, and Jimmy Oliver, all of Mt. Pleasant. Her sisters Betty Eastep, and Carolyn Eastep, both of Mt. Pleasant. And her grandchildren Andrew Nance, Bobby Pruitt, Tyler Pruitt, Briley Pruitt, Mike Pruitt, and Jennifer Pruitt.
Catherine was preceded by her husband Charlie Pruitt. And her brothers Raymond Dugger, G.B. Dugger. And her sisters Berta Mai Clark, Marie Calvert, Dorothy Henson, and Jessie Grooms.
Pallbearers will be: Ronnie Dugger, Brennon Dugger, Barry Eastep, Scottie Eastep, Jimmy Boo Henson, Danny “Rabbi” Henson, Bobby Pruitt, and Drew Nance. Honorary Pallbearers will be: Terry Dugger, Gary Calvert, Steven Calvert, Mike Eastep, and Patrick Russell.
Services will be held Saturday November 24, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant, TN. The family will receive friends Friday, November 23, from 4-8 at Williams Funeral Home, Mt. Pleasant. Stephen Kelly and Randy Eastep will be officiating the service. Burial will follow at Polk Memorial Gardens
To my aunt, I will never forget you and our times together. You were the best aunt anyone could ask for. My heart is breaking, and I will always love you.
