Casyn Lee King was surrounded by his loving family when he passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital.
The family will visit with friends on Saturday, January 9, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, January 10, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee. Burial will follow at Polk Memorial Gardens.
Casyn is survived by his loving mother Whittney King of Summertown, Tennessee; grandparents David and Sherry Waldrop and Ernest Tucker; aunts Brittney McMasters and Callie King; uncles Bradley King and Caleb King; cousins Taylor, Tara, Maggie, and Jack McMasters, and Anakin King; Aunt Bo, Micayla, and Ryder Ferguson; and many other extended family members – all of Summertown, Tennessee.
Casyn was preceded in death by his great-grandmother Verlie Tucker and great uncle Pat Tucker.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Emily; Dr. Mikayla; nurses: Michelle, Becky, Jen, Claire, Felice; and all the medical staff that was so kind and loving – all of Vanderbilt Hospital.
