Carl B. Boshers

Mr. Carl B. Boshers, age 76, a resident of River Heights Drive in Columbia, passed away on Tuesday, June 2, 2009, at his residence.
Graveside services for Mr. Boshers will be conducted Thursday at 2:00 P.M. in Polk Memorial Gardens with Rev. John Rushing, Rev. Brandon Stutts and Rev. Walt Clot officiating.
The family will visit with friends on Wednesday from 4:00 ? 8:00 P.M. at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia.
Born in Giles Co., on July 15, 1932, Carl was the son of the late Dewey Boshers and Thelma Prindle Boshers. He was the husband of Marjorie Arthur Boshers, whom he married in 1951. Carl was retired from General Electric. He loved genealogy research and taught the men's Ready class of the Northside Baptist Church where he was a member.
Survivors in addition to his wife include his children: Mike Boshers of Pulaski and Mark Pamela Boshers of Spring Hill; grandchildren: David Vick of Murfreesboro, Ashley Greg Mabry of Knoxville and Eric Boshers of Spring Hill; foster son: Randy Rhonda Arthur of Pulaski; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother: R.D. Boshers and daughter-in-law: Della Kay Vick.
Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Dennison, Gary Baker, John Buchanan, Jim Bloss, Frank Lindsey, Arby Ford, Perry Rogers, Troy Bowers, Lowell Robert and Boyd Roberts.
Memorial donations may be made to the Northside Baptist Church, 127 Theta Pike, Columbia, TN 38401.
