Brenda Anderson Vaughan

Mrs. Brenda Joyce Anderson Vaughan, 56, a resident of Washington Avenue in Mt. Pleasant, died Thursday, July 14, 2005 at Vanderbilt Medical Center.

Funeral services for Mrs. Vaughan will be conducted Monday, July 18, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at the Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant with Reverend Johnny Parish officiating. The family will visit with friends Sunday from 3:00 until 9:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Inurnment will be Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at the Anderson Bend Cemetery in Hickman County.

The Hickman County native was the daughter of the late Wendburn T. and Ella B. Johnson Anderson. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother.

She is survived by the father of her child, Robert Vaughan of Hampshire, TN; her children, Jesse Vaughan, Ella ?Sissy? Vaughan and fiancé, Charles Carpenter, David Vaughan, and Maggie Vaughan and fiancé, Jeremy Keith all of Mt. Pleasant, TN, Chris Peggy Vaughan and Stacy Howell and boyfriend, Todd Moser all of Columbia, TN; her grandchildren, Jesse R. Vaughan, Jr., Evlyn Vaughan, and James Edward Vaughan all of Loretto, TN, Brooke Warren, Jeffery Vaughan, Jamiee Vaughan, Dylan Vaughan, Tyler Vaughan, and Kedall Coe Bowling all of Mt. Pleasant, TN; two step granddaughters, Ashely Paige Gilchrist and Stephanie Dawn Garrett both of Mt. Pleasant, TN; very special friends, Pam Finerty and Robert and Darlene Gatlin all of Mt. Pleasant, TN; very special step daughter, Tiffany Steward of Culleoka, TN; a brother, Steve Oleta Anderson of Crestview, FL; nieces, Sherry Anderson, Ashely Anderson, Kelly Kennedy, and LaDawn Maurry; nephews, Pat Anderson, Kenny Anderson, Johnathan Anderson, Maurice Maurry, Tony Charity Anderson, Josh Amanda Anderson, and Tommy Lee Ragsdale. She was preceded in death by a sister, Carolyn Anderson; two granddaughters, Ashely Christine Vaughan and Brianna Nicole Vaughan; a step grandson, Tanner Dwayne Garrett.

Honorary pallbearers will be Larry Wayne Sims, Charlie Carpenter, Mickie Warren, Todd Moser, Bob Wren, and Michael Glass.
