Bobby Joe Brooks

Mr. Bobby Joe Brooks, 41, a resident of Dalton Ave. in Columbia, passed away Tuesday, August 30, 2004 at his home.
Graveside services for Mr. Brooks will be conducted Friday, September 2, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at Polk Memorial Gardens with Reverend Georgina Bearden officiating. The family will visit with friends Friday from 12:00 until 1:30 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia.
The Maury County native was the son of Mildred McCoy Himes and the late L.B. Brooks. He was a self employed carpenter, a former sales clerk for Lowe?s and former employee of Scott Housing.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Cindy Brooks of Williamsport, a sister and brother-in-law, Carol and James Dillehay of Columbia, a brother, Billy Brooks of Columbia and a sister, Jennifer King of Columbia; four nephews, Steven Barnett and Dakota Eneks, both of Columbia, Tharin Brooks and Chad Brooks, both of Williamsport; three nieces, Brittany King, Faith King and Aliceson Barnett, all of Columbia.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
