Bobby L. Brown, 58 of Mt. Pleasant, passed away at Maury Regional Medical Center Wednesday, March 20, 2013.
Bobby was born to the late Charlie Brown and Mary Ingram Brown on December 6, 1954. On October 27, 1973, he married his wife, Jodie J. Brown. He worked with heavy construction equipment and also drove big rigs, backhoes, and dump trucks. He loved riding his Gold Wing.
Funeral services for Mr. Bobby L. Brown will be Saturday, March 23, at 10:00 AM at Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant. Burial will follow the service in Arlington Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be Friday, March 22, from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Survivors for Bobby include: His wife, Jodie J. Brown of Mt. Pleasant; His mother, Mary Brown; His son, Keith (Deanna) Brown of Mt. Pleasant; His sister, Judy (John) Helton of Columbia; Two brothers: Richard (Tina) Brown and Darrell Brown both of Mt. Pleasant; several nieces and nephews also survive him. Bobby was preceded in death by his father, Charlie Brown, and his brother, Travis Brown.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Andrew Workman, Sam Kilpatrick, and Isaac Kilpatrick will serve as honorary pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Williams Funeral Home.
