Blanche Leona Browning – Vanlandingham, age 88, passed away February 7, 2015 at NHC Hillview in Columbia, Tennessee.
Blanche was born June 30, 1926 in Bowlegs, OK to the late Claude V. Vanlandingham and the late Minnie Annette Self. She was married to Eugene Browning for many years before being widowed in 1989. Blanche was a hard worker and put a lot of time into working for General Motors in Oklahoma City. You could often find Blanche in outdoors. She always had a great appreciation for nature. Every year spring there would be a new bud that she had nurtured. She enjoyed the simple pleasures like going fishing or having her morning coffee on the porch. But, she loved most of all spending time with her family. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Blanche is survived by: her daughters: Claudia (Gary) Cantrell and Carla (Manuel) Janette Andonegui; grand sons: Austin Chase Riley Andonegui and Sean (Korie) Cantrell; and great grand children: Landon Chase Cantrell and Callie Rose Cantrell; and brother: Louis Vanlandingham.
