Mr. Billy James Vines, age 76, of Pulaski, passed away on Thursday, January 29, 2015 at Southern Tennessee Regional Healthcare in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.
Billy was born on April 19, 1938 in Rogersville, Alabama to Plez and Kelly Vines. He worked in saw mills and factories for most of his adult life.
Mr. Vines is survived by his daughter: Angela Judkins of Pulaski; grandchildren: Jordan and Kinsley Smith; step-children: Blanch Adams of Loretto, Janie Wilburn of Lawrenceburg and Jean Bennett of Pulaski.
The family will celebrate Billy’s life with a memorial service at a later date.
