Billy is survived by: his brothers, Phillip Wayne Kelly and Henry Alvin Kelley, Jr.; sisters: Patsy Payne and Peggy Jean Nichols; children: Elizabeth Anne Mundin, Theresa Faye Mundin, and Billy Paul Kelly; niece, Jessica Leah Butler; nephew, Michael Butler; and his dog and best friend, Spot.
Billy was preceded in death by his: parents, Henry A. Kelley and Annie Workman; brother, Wendall R. Kelley; and his sisters, Sally Dean Kelley and Patricia Ann Aymond.
