Billy Joe Gray

Mr. Billy Joe "Bubba" Gray, 46, a resident of Roberts Bend Road, died Thursday, May 23, 2002 at Maury Regional Hospital.
Funeral services for Mr. Gray will be conducted Saturday, May 25, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. at the Williams Columbia Funeral Home with Reverend Steve Robertson officiating. Burial will be in the Concord Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Friday from 4:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
The Maury County native was the son of the late Billy Joe, Sr. and Josephine Shackelford Gray. He was the husband of Debbie Miller Gray of Columbia. He was a supervisor for Custom Steel, Inc. and member of the First Church of the Nazarene.
In addition to his wife he is survived by 2 daughters, Lindy Gray and Erin Gray of Columbia; 3 sisters, Lynne Ray Jett of Pulaski, Susan Dale Buchanan and Laurie Randy Winchester of Mt. Pleasant.
Pallbearers will be Johnnie Stanfill, David Fitzgerald, Jimmy Haskin, Kenny Standfill, Brandon Love, Sonny Shackelford, John Shackelford, and Walter Jewell. Honorary pallbearers will be men of First Church of the Nazarene, employees of Custom Steel, Inc., Ricky Graham, and Jim Turner.
