Beverly Jean Brown Moore passed away Saturday, September 17, 2011 in Goodlettsville, TN.

Funeral services for Beverly will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, September 21, 2011, in the chapel of the Columbia Williams Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit Tuesday with from 4:00-8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

She was born in Maury County on April 27, 1962, daughter of the late Joe Brown and Dorothy Brumit Brown. Recently she was employed to do clerical work, and attended Acts Family Church in Mt. Pleasant, TN. In her spare time, Beverly loved to read any John Grisham classics. Beverly and her daughter Haylee enjoyed traveling with one another, and would often take trips together to visit Brittany in different parts of the US. The family expressed Beverly's love for her four legged companions Snickers & Patches, her precious Jack Russell Terriers.

Recently, by the State of Ohio Beverly had become an ordained and licensed minister, in order to officiate her daughters wedding one week prior to her passing. Her daughter, Brittany, feels that learning from her mother's strength to officiate such a huge milestone in her life, that she in return will officiate her mothers funeral eleven days later.

In addition to her mother Dorothy Brown, survivors include her two daughters: Brittany Paul Leigh Carlton of Los Angeles, and Haylee Nicole Moore of Columbia; one sister: Lynn Bradley of Columbia; one brother: Joe Veronica Brown; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father: Joe Brown; and one sister: Patty Arnold.

Beverly's cousins and uncles will serve as the pallbearers.
