Mrs. Betty Jo Brim, age 64, a resident of Morning Dove Lane in Spring Hill, passed away on October 8, at Maury Regional Medical Center.
The family will hold a private family celebration at Betty's Parkway at a later date.
Williams Funeral Home in Columbia is in charge of arrangements.
Born on July 3, 1945 in Maury County, TN, she was the daughter of the late Albert Anderson and Leitha Plummer Anderson. Betty Jo was the manager and cook at Stan's Restaurant for a number of years.
Survivors include her children: Carolyn Austin Dustin Chambers of Spring Hill; Grover C. Davis, Jr., of Columbia; grandchildren: Jessie Lee Peay Davis, Alex McClendon, Zachery Austin, Mason Austin and Tyler Austin; one sister: Frances Black of Columbia and one brother: Paul Anderson of Lewisburg and a niece: Etta Wilson of Columbia.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Jared and Casey for being such wonderful nurses, to all the caregivers in the ICU and ICU step-down unit at Maury Regional Medical Center, and to a special CNA, Esther Gardner. Also to those who helped with picking Betty Jo up from her dialysis appointments, your care and concern is greatly appreciated. And to Brandon, Betty Jo did appreciate the ramp that you built for her and loved you for it.
