Ms. Betty I Julia, age 84 of Columbia, passed away Thursday, March 8, 2012 at Maury Regional Medical Center.
Betty was born February 18, 1928 in England to the late Jack Adam and Lillian Young Adam. Here in the states she worked at St. Luke's Hospital doing various jobs. She was a member in the Church of England. Betty found joy in many things, her poodle Minnie, the birds Joey & Jo Jo, and nature. Her biggest joy of all was her family, who she loved more than anything.
She leaves behind her daughter to share memories of her life: Cheryl Jose Gomez of Columbia; grandchildren: Jeffrey Roxanna Hartwich of Wayne, NJ, Joseph Gomez of West New York of NJ; great grandchildren: Matthew Hartwich, Jessica Hartwich, Katelyn Hartwich all of New Jersey.
