Betsy Kennedy Thomason

Mrs. Betsy Lucille Kennedy Thomason, 71, a resident of South Main St. in Mt. Pleasant, died Thursday, January 13, 2005 at Maury Regional Hospital.
Funeral services for Mrs. Thomason will be conducted Saturday, January 15, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at the Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant with Reverend Olan Bassham officiating. Burial will follow in the Arlington Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Friday from 2:00 until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
The Maury County native was the daughter of the late John and Emma Dugger Kennedy and wife of the late Joe Frank Thomason. She was a retired cook from NHC/Hillview Health Care and a member of the Sandy Hook Church of Christ.
She is survived by a daughter, Brenda Thomason of Mt. Pleasant; a sister, Mary Elizabeth Thomason of Sandy Hook; two brothers, Billy Ray Brenda Kennedy and Tommy Shirley Kennedy, both of Sandy Hook; adopted daughter, Kathi Moser of Mt. Pleasant; adopted granddaughter, Heather Moser of Mt. Pleasant; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Liddie Mae Burkett.
Pallbearers will be Sheriff Enoch George, Richie Hickman, Floyd Sealy, Glenn Mash, Nathan Johns and Lonnie Thomason. Honorary pallbearers will be Tim Carter, Donald Wilkins and Laurie Day.
