Barbara Katherine Lindsey McNeese, a former resident of Columbia, TN, passed away at, age 70, April 1, 2014.
Barbara was born November 6, 1943 in Chicago, IL to the late Leon and Louise “Ballard” Lindsey. She worked in the health care industry, serving others at Maury Regional Medical Center and NHC Hillview for many years. She will be dearly missed.
Barbara is survived by her: son: Anthony (Judy) Rochelle; daughter: Kimberly (Mike Ledford) White; grand daughters: Tiffani (Alexis Vazquez) White and Rae Ann (John) Filson; great grand sons: Shane and Gage Carter; great grandchild: baby to be; brother: Johnny (Ann) Lindsey; sister: Brenda Hann; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family will receive friends at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia, Thursday, April 3, from 5:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday, April 4, a visitation prior to service will be from 12:00 noon until 2 p.m. Services will begin at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Polk Memorial Gardens. Officiating will be Bro. Joe Macer.
Pallbearers will be Friends and Family.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Smyrna Rescue Squad and members who are from Smyrna, TN.
