Barbara Ann Cummins, age 75, passed away Sunday, January 24, 2021 at her home in Columbia, TN surrounded by family. Barbara was born December 27, 1945 in Columbia, TN to the late William "W.C." Clark and the late Annie Ruth "Cross" Clark.
Barbara lived her life in a passionate way. She truly had a passion for loving and nurturing children, her faith in God, loving her family, and she also had a passion for lookin' good and diet Dr. Pepper. She truly lived her life with a loving caring heart that she shared with the many children she raised throughout her life. She at times could be a bit sassy, and her granddaughters lovingly described her as a Diva. Barbara didn't leave the house if she was not looking her best, which she did all the time. Barbara was an incredible woman and raised her family in a Christian home with strong values and a lot of love. Barbara was a blessing to this community and she will be dearly missed.
Barbara is survived by her daughters: Lisa (Eric) Previti, Tammie (Dan) Lovett, and Dana (Jeff) Harris; grandchildren: Jason (Ashton) Gifford, Chad (Valerie) Gifford, Christopher (Olivia) Lovett, Lauren (Josh) Stein, Kayla (Anthony) Walker, Jeremy Gifford, Zachary Harris, and Morgan Harris; several great grandchildren; brothers: Danny (Sandy) Clark and Donny (Kathy) Clark; special friend: Kelly Mathis. Barbara is preceded in death by her parents Bill "W.C" and Annie Ruth Clark; brother Rickie Clark; and husband of many years Billy Ray Cummins.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 27, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia, TN. A celebration of Barbara's life will be held Thursday, January 28, 2021 at 2:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Bro. Peter Sierson and Anthony Walker officiating. Burial will follow at Polk Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be: Jason Gifford, Chad Gifford, Josh Stein, Zachary Harris, Christopher Lovett, Karson Gifford, and Jeremy Gifford.
