Mr. Anthony J. Lucenti, Jr., age 64, a resident of Pleasant Drive in Columbia, passed away Thursday, June 4 at Maury Regional Hospital.
Funeral services for Mr. Lucenti will be conducted 2:00 PM Saturday, June 6, in the Chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Rev. Clare Hendricks officiating.
The family will receive friends from 12 Noon to 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
Born January 14, 1945 in Joliet, IL, he was the son of Mary DiMichele Ruettiger of New Lenox, IL and the late Anthony J. Lucenti, Sr. and the husband of Kathleen Blattner Lucenti. He was a retired deputy from the Sheriff s Dept. in Will County, IL and loved being surrounded by his grandchildren and his great grandchild.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his children: Anthony Anna Lucenti III of Crest Hill, IL, Tammy Randy Platt of Channahon, IL, Tom Alexia Wood of Xenia, OH, Shari Talley of Burbank, IL and John Wood of Columbia; sisters: Gloria Lloyd of Antioch, CA and Shirley Harris of Manhattan, IL; 11 grandchildren and a great grandchild.
