Annie Bell Davis Buchanan, age 93, went on to be with her Lord and Savior Thursday, March 3, 2022, in Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee.
Annie Bell was born August 22, 1928, to the late Allen and Mary Alice Chapman Davis. She was one of several siblings raised in Mt. Pleasant.
Annie Bell married the love of her life, Milford Wesley “Buck” Buchanan, on March 18, 1966. She has been a longtime, faithful member of Sandy Hook Church of Christ.
Annie Bell was a hard worker, working at Dixie Sewing Factory making quality clothing, before starting her family of her own and settling down becoming a devoted homemaker. Later on, she found her niche making pies for Mack Whiteside Market. Famously known for baking “Hundred Dollar Pies”. She lovingly cared for and raised two wonderful grandchildren and spoiled them with her delicious meals and mouthwatering treats. When she wasn’t spending time in the kitchen, she would sit and relax with her crotchet hooks and create works of art that her family will cherish forever.
