Mrs. Anna Lizak Qualls, 87, a resident of Kittrell Street in Hohenwald, passed away Thursday, February 10, 2011 at the Lewis County Nursing Home.
Born June 4, 1923 in Monclo, WV, daughter of the late Paul and Elizabeth Bok Lizak and the wife of the late Elvis Qualls. She was a homemaker and a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah s Witnesses in Hohenwald.
Mrs. Qualls is survived by her daughter: Patricia Zervas of Hohenwald; her sons: David Qualls of Murphy, NC, Edward Qualls of Dunnellon, FL, Glen Qualls of Dearborn, FL and Phillip Qualls of Cape Coral, FL.
A Celebration of Life service for Mrs. Qualls will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, February 26, 2011 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah s Witnesses in Hohenwald with Allen Qualls officiating.
The family will receive friends at the church prior to and after the service.
Williams Funewral Home of Columbia is assisting the family with arrangements.
