Anna Faith Smith, infant daughter of Kathryn Chambers and James Smith, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 14, at Maury Regional Medical Center.
Gravesides services for Anna Faith will be conducted Saturday at 12:00 Noon at Polk Memorial Gardens with Bro. Eddie Rogers officiating.
Williams Funeral Home in Columbia is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors in addition to her parents include grandparents: Robert Smith of Columbia, Barbara Russell Armstrong of Murfreesboro, Rick and Beth Chambers of Brentwood and Peggy Norris of Columbia; aunts and uncle: Robyn Smith and Amanda Garrison, both of Columbia, Rose Chambers of Brentwood and Christopher Bennett of Columbia.
