Andrew Tyler McGuire, 17, a resident of Buck Matthews Road, passed away on Wednesday, September 13, 2006, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Funeral services for Andrew will be conducted Saturday at 12:00 Noon at the Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Rev. Telford Tharp officiating. Burial will follow in Polk Memorial Gardens.
The family will visit with friends on Friday from 4:00 ? 9:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
The Lexington, KY, native was the son of Neil McGuire of Columbia and the late Marsha Ann Connelly McGuire. He was a student at Columbia Central High School and employed by Krsytal Restaurants.
Survivors in addition to his father include his step-mother: Victoria McGuire of Columbia; grandparents: James Rose McGuire of Salyersville, KY and Chandis Connelly of Salyersville, KY; great-grandmother: Hattie Connelly of Salyersville, KY; one brother: Samuel McGuire of Columbia; one step-brother: Brent Smith of Columbia; one sister: Bethany McGuire of Columbia; several aunts and uncles.
Pallbearers will be Darren Kellum, Terry Kellum, Jared Kellum, Scott Tillman, Robbie Anderson and Jonathan Allen. Honorary pallbearers will be friends and classmates of Columbia Central High School.
