Alice Kittendorf

Mrs. Alice Kittendorf, age 75, a resident of Crofton Park Drive in Columbia, passed away on Wednesday, October 4, 2006, at her residence.

Funeral services for Mrs. Kittendorf will be conducted Saturday, October 7, at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Rev. Bob Adair officiating. Burial will follow in Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends on Thursday from 6:00 ? 9:00 P.M. and on Friday from 4:00 ? 9:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

The Taylor, MI, native was the daughter of the late Harold and Earnestine Quack Waechter. She was once married to the late Calvin Kittendorf. She was retired as a secretary with Huron Machine Products. She was very active in the Baptist Women in her former church, Dearborn Baptist Church in Dearborn, MI as well as her current church, Highland Park Baptist Church and the Maury County Senior Citizens.

Survivors include one daughter: Sharon Alice Clarence Steven White of Columbia; one son: John Calvin Kittendorf of New Hampshire; two grandsons: Eric Steven White and Jason Alan White, both of Columbia; two brothers: Harold Jan Waechter of Taylor, MI and Raymond Kathy Waechter of Clarkston, MI. She was preceded in death by one sister, Philiss Waechter.

Pallbearers will be family and friends. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Highland Park Baptist Church, Dr. J. Cummins Couch III, Margaret Prince and members of the Maury County Senior Citizens.

Memorial donations may be made to the Highland Park Baptist Church.
