Mr. Alfred L. Felice, age 86, former resident of Creekview Court in Columbia, passed away on Tuesday, April 7, at Maury Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services for Mr. Felice will be conducted Sunday at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Rick Points officiating. Military honors will be provided by the United States Army.

The family will visit with friends on Saturday from 4:00 – 6:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

Born on June 14, 1922 in Patchogue, NY, he was the son of the late Dominick and Emma Lanzetta Felice. He was the husband of the late Rose Lillian Schauer Felice who preceded him in death in 2007. Alfred was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during WW II. He was retired from the dry cleaning business in Beverly, Mass., and had been a volunteer fireman in Patchogue, Long Island, NY. Alfred was very patriotic and loved fireworks. He loved to decorate his yard for each holiday and took pride in the newspaper articles and pictures of his displays. Alfred loved being surrounded by his family and having large family gatherings. He was of the Catholic faith.

Mr. Felice had spent the last two years at NHC/Hillview and was loved by many during his time there.

Survivors include his children: Shirley Jim Sobel of Cape Coral, Fla., Linda Randy McDormand of Lowell, Mass., Diane Ivan Pekarek of Houston, Tex., Alfred Janet Felice of Tucson, Ariz., Ricky Felice, Sr., of Dedham, Mass., Kimberly Kevin Jones of Spring Hill and Kelly Felice of Columbia; 17 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Alfred had been one of 11 children.
