Born October 3, 1942 in Bryce, AZ, he was the son of the late Eugene and Clara Thatcher Mills. He was a serviceman for Atmos Energy.
He is survived a son: James Michael Mills of Birmingham, AL; special friend: Kimberly Hagstrom of Columbia, Melissa Pfeifer of Spring Hill; Waylon Ellis and Blake Ellis.
